‘Leave this place’ is the online counterpart to a work that was installed in the gallery ‘Gossamer Fog’ in London. Tweeting images and text from this space the work attempted to communicate to an outside world sourcing from love songs and classical tragedies. In this case the tragedy originates from Euripides’ Heracles, in which the protagonist awakens from destroying that what he holds dearest while being inebriated.
